The Baby Gee crew opened this Retro Row kitchen with Waldo Stout cooking Italian food on California produce, including focaccia pizzas, lemony pappardelle and an artichoke and bean salad dressed in Cabernet vinegar. Renovation stripped the walls back to their original wood slats, and the bar stools were salvaged from the Red Room, the bar that Baby Gee replaced. You order at the counter and take a seat inside or on the patio under strings of lights; weekends add brunch.
