A free dance lesson at 8:30 turns the dining room into a salsa floor three nights a week: Orquesta Clave Dura plays Fridays at 9:30, Orquesta Sangre Nueva takes Saturdays, and Mondays run the same supper-club format. Book a table and there is no cover; walk in for the bar area and there is. The kitchen has been sending out tostones rellenos, churrasco and paella on Vine since 1987, under a name borrowed from the Havana bodeguita.
