Dinner is eaten blindfolded inside Little Llama, a counter-service Peruvian taco shop on South Main: sleep masks go on, a welcome cocktail comes first, and each of the nine courses is named only after you have finished it. Booking means picking a color (green for vegan, blue for seafood, red for meat) and filling in a dietary form, after which the kitchen decides the rest. It runs about ninety minutes, with tickets sold through Fever.
