The exposed brick stayed when the owners turned Chez Tex, their earlier restaurant in this Main Street space, into a French bistro; framed art now covers the walls. Jacob Wetherington, a Bouchon alum, put the menu together: oysters, fried olives, hamachi ceviche with coconut milk, steak frites. A few tables sit out on the sidewalk, the bar takes walk-ins if you'll wait, and by evening it's an electro-pop soundtrack and a lot of rose.
