Two floors below Spire 73, the open-air bar at the top of the Wilshire Grand, this dining room wraps the InterContinental's 71st floor in floor-to-ceiling glass. Starlight Booths shut behind full-height privacy screens, and there's a chef's table and private rooms as well. The menus are backlit; the kitchen sets French classics beside dry-aged steaks, with a cheese cave, a charcuterie counter and a wine list past a thousand bottles.
