Gran Blanco

The old Bank of Venice building at the foot of Windward, directly under the VENICE sign, holds a kitchen the Great White team reworked in 2024: salmon wonton tacos, yellowtail ceviche with yuzu vinaigrette, crispy rock shrimp, furikake fries, a double-patty burger that also comes shrunk down in twos and fours. Drinking runs to spritzes, a clarified passion fruit sour and an Oaxacan negroni built on heirloom pineapple, plus orange wine by the glass and a lager under the house name.
