Buffalo Milk was invented at this bar on the Two Harbors isthmus in the 1970s, when bartender Michael Hoffler blended vodka, Kahlua, creme de banana and creme de cacao and finished it with whipped cream and nutmeg. The large harbor-view patio draws boaters and campers, and the kitchen runs to ribs, steaks and line-caught local swordfish in summer. Under its old name, Doug's Harbor Reef, it was where Natalie Wood spent her last evening in 1981.
