Trumpeter Herb Alpert owns this jazz room in the Beverly Glen Centre up in the Bel-Air hills, and his daughter Eden runs the floor. The 100-seat dining room faces a half-moon stage wide enough for a grand piano and an 18-piece band, angled wood walls handle the sound, and there's a 40-seat lounge upstairs. Shows usually run two sets a night, 7 and 9:30, with tables booked through Resy. The kitchen leans steakhouse but sends out cauliflower shawarma, whole branzino and lamb lollipops as well.
