La Scuola, the cooking school here, runs hands-on classes with a chef along with wine and cheese tastings. It shares three floors inside Westfield Century City with the market counters, a wine shop and three restaurants, of which Terra sits on the top floor and puts nearly everything over a wood-burning grill, the Hollywood Hills in view past the terrace. La Pizza & La Pasta and Capri are the two below it.
