Daisy Margarita Bar

Everyone gets a token with their first drink to spend on the custom jukebox, in a room where the bar runs wall to wall behind big jars of mezcal and the booths are trimmed in fringe. Max Reis builds the margaritas, one on charred tomatillo with green chile and coriander, another frozen with guacamole in it, while Alan Sanz cooks scallop aguachile, yellowfin tostadas and lamb shank with frijoles puercos. The same team runs Mirate in Los Feliz. Reservations are suggested, not required.
