Nine floors up at the Maybourne, blue velvet booths face the Hollywood Hills and the cocktail list is sorted the way a wine list is, into martinis, negronis, spritzes, agave spirits and zero-proof drinks. Live music plays every afternoon, and walk-ins are taken first come, first served. Oysters, pizza bianca and whatever else comes out of the wood-fired oven make up the food.
