Anschutz Entertainment Group built this 5.6-million-square-foot district next to Crypto.com Arena in downtown's South Park neighborhood, opening it in phases starting in late 2007. The complex holds the 7,100-seat Peacock Theater, the smaller Novo, the Grammy Museum, a 14-screen Regal multiplex, and roughly twenty restaurants and bars including Yard House, Katsuya and Wolfgang Puck's WP24, tucked beneath a 54-story tower combining a JW Marriott and a Ritz-Carlton. Restaurants near the arena fill up most nights before Lakers, Clippers or Kings games.
