Bill Connally started this passenger-ferry service to Channel Islands National Park in 1968, and it now operates under a ten-year concession contract with the National Park Service. The Oxnard location, based at Channel Islands Harbor, runs trips to Anacapa Island aboard the company's catamarans, including a shoreline cruise that circles the island without landing and often turns up dolphins or, in summer, whales. Only service dogs are allowed on board; pets are not permitted.
