Ryan Winter, who studied distilling in Spokane before opening this operation inside a San Clemente office park, built the space around family ties to Kansas: wheat comes from his stepfather's farm, and tin siding and reclaimed wood from the farm where he grew up line the bar. What began as a standalone distillery now runs as a combined distillery and BBQ restaurant, its house spirits made on-site from that same family grain. Live music nights round out the calendar, alongside the smokehouse menu and bottle shop.
