Los Angeles Distillery

An industrial stretch of Culver City has held this distillery since 2013, founded by Dr. Lewis Harsanyi after three decades building brewing and distilling equipment through his previous company, Bavarian Breweries and Distilleries. The facility runs five copper stills with a 72,000-liter fermentation capacity, turning out whiskey, rum, gin and vodka. Fridays and Saturdays bring small-group tours, eight to fifteen people, booked online and capped with a tasting of the spirits made there.
