The Velvet Martini Lounge

Upstairs from Vitello's, the Italian restaurant that marked its sixtieth year in 2024, a Rat Pack-styled room books a piano player and live music most nights. The cocktail list reworks classics, a Sazerac here, an Old Fashioned there, alongside a house Clover Club called Doris' Dance. Food runs to a shrimp cocktail, a tiki snapper, and a "TV dinner" served, tongue in cheek, on an actual metal tray. Tickets are required certain nights, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the room looks out toward the Hollywood Sign and downtown skyline.
