The patio here looks out over the Americana's fountain and lawn, where the water show runs every half hour, so an outdoor table puts dinner in the middle of the shopping center's evening crowd. Chef Ezio Puccioni's kitchen makes its pasta daily: pappardelle bolognese, squid ink lobster ravioli, carbonara on spaghetti alla chitarra, gnocchi with pesto. Bigger plates include a whole Dover sole and a 16-ounce ribeye. The bar ages classic cocktails in its own barrels and pours mostly Italian and California wine.
