A cook pulls noodles by hand every night as a show here, and the dining room applauds. Mr Chow opened on Camden Drive in 1974, and the room is black and white and checkered, hung with Warhols, with white lilies at the front. The lychee martini is the house drink, and most tables take one of the two- or three-course set menus. Ordering à la carte, the dishes to know are chicken satay, the house noodles, Beijing duck and Ma Mignon, a glazed filet. A dessert cart comes round at the end.
