Up on the roof at the corner of Melrose and San Vicente, past an entrance thick with greenery, there's a red marble bar, a glass-walled dining room and a terrace under a retractable awning that faces the Pacific Design Center. Catch Hospitality Group, which started in New York, opened this outpost in 2016 and had Rockwell Group redo it for its tenth year.
