Sushi Enya Pasadena

Kimiyasu Enya's sushi bar in Old Pasadena is an offshoot of his downtown restaurant, set in a room of light wood, exposed brick and soft lighting on Colorado Boulevard. The narrow counter is for nigiri served a piece at a time, sashimi and hand rolls, and there's an omakase course. Its oversized specialty rolls, like the thin-sliced rainbow roll and a spicy salmon lemon roll, only come to the tables, so anyone set on those needs one.
