Settebello was only the tenth pizzeria in the United States certified by the Vera Pizza Napoletana association. The dough is soft, some of the ingredients come from Naples, and each pizza spends about a minute in a very hot wood-burning oven. The Margherita DOC is the one regulars bring up. Parties of seven to fourteen can arrange private dining by email.
