Eden On Brand

Next door to the Alex Theatre on Brand Boulevard, this three-story restaurant keeps two menus. The ground floor has been UMI since 2024, a dark sushi bar with black booths and marbled tables that serves yellowtail with habanero-citrus vinaigrette and spicy tuna crispy rice. The upper floors, a covered rooftop among them, carry the American side: black truffle flatbread, pan-seared branzino, cacio e pepe and a tomahawk steak for two.
