Only parties of eight or more can book a table here; everyone else walks in. Bruce Taylor opened this second Taylor's on Foothill Boulevard in 1996, four decades after his parents turned a tavern at Olympic and Western into the first one, and much of the staff has worked the room for twenty years or more. Order the culotte, a top-sirloin cut, or the hand-carved London broil. Seafood comes from Fish King in Glendale. There's a wine room with seating and a patio with a fireplace. Men should wear collared shirts, and hats come off in the dining room.
