This seafood restaurant fills the former Chart House on Panay Way, right on the marina, and comes from the team behind Dear John's in Culver City: chef Josiah Citrin with Hans and Patti Röckenwagner. The menu takes its cues from American seafood houses of the 1960s, '70s and '80s, so expect oysters Rockefeller, trout amandine, surf 'n turf and a Shrimp Louie made at the table. Whole fish gets filleted tableside in a split-level room of booths. The bar and lounge are walk-in only, and in warmer months a tiki bar opens on the deck over the water.
