Jennifer Pak and her daughter Deborah run this seven-table Korean restaurant on Olympic Boulevard, where glass jugs of ferments wrap around the front counter. Every meal starts with about a dozen seasonal banchan brought out together. The three dishes people come for are soy-marinated raw crab, galbi jjim and spicy braised black cod, so it pays to bring enough people to share all three. It takes reservations, and there's bar seating too.
