Big windows in this hillside dining room at The London West Hollywood, just off Sunset, look out across the city. Anthony Keene has run the hotel's kitchen since he took over its Gordon Ramsay restaurant in 2010. At dinner that means harissa-spiced lamb belly, short rib agnolotti and miso-glazed sea bass, or a tasting menu that ends on Basque burnt cheesecake and chocolate bonbons. Afternoon tea is served on weekends. In summer the kitchen also runs Boxwood on the Roof, up by the hotel's rooftop pool.
