
Tuesday through Saturday evenings, musicians play on a small stage under an "On Air" neon sign, and Wednesdays bring karaoke and an open mic. The restaurant is in a strip mall on the five-way corner where East Hollywood, Koreatown and Westlake meet, with a free parking garage. Chef Natalia Moran started it as a cloud kitchen in San Juan, in the Philippines, in 2020. Order the whole grilled milkfish inasal, the crab-stuffed tortang talong, and laing, stewed taro leaves served as a dip for focaccia. When it's someone's birthday, the singer announces it and the room joins in.
