Lemon Grove

Six stories above Hollywood and Vine, Lemon Grove holds the rooftop at The Aster, growing its own vegetable garden alongside the tropical foliage, with the Capitol Records Building visible across the street. The kitchen sends out a lemon shiso pasta finished with stracciatella and hemp seeds, a charred cabbage tikka masala, and seared cod with yu choy, plus a Basque cheesecake to close. Cocktails lean playful, among them a Million Dollar Baby and one called Slightly Impeared. The room stays open to hotel guests and walk-in diners alike, not just members of the club downstairs.
