Quarters Korean BBQ

Inside Chapman Plaza, the 1929 drive-in market on Sixth Street whose courtyard is now lined with Korean restaurants, Quarters takes its name from the quarter-pound portions it sells. That lets two people try short rib, brisket and ribeye without going all-you-can-eat, and the staff handle the grilling and slice the steak at the table. Sports play on the TVs, the pop music is loud, and plenty of tables order the oversized margaritas with a beer tipped upside down in them. Walk-in waits can run to two hours, and reservations open a week ahead.
